交易條款
1. What you are buying
Everything here is genuine stock, bought at retail and resold with a photograph of its receipt. We are not an agent, a distributor or an official stockist for any label named on this site, and a label name appears only to describe what a piece is.
2. The authenticity promise
Every piece is photographed with its receipt, its swing tag and its postmark before it is sent. If a piece turns out not to be genuine you get a full refund and you keep the item. A finding by the brand, an authentication service or a marketplace is enough - you are not asked to prove anything yourself.
3. Prices and orders
A figure marked as an estimate is not yet confirmed, and the final amount is shown before you pay. An item with no price is not priced yet and cannot be ordered. Postage is shown before payment and is never added afterwards.
4. Pre-orders and dispatch
Where a piece belongs to a weekly window, that window and its ship day are stated on the item. If something you ordered cannot be found that week it is refunded the same day rather than held. Where arrival is described as an estimate, it is an estimate and not a guarantee.
5. Returns and cancellation
You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind and fourteen more to return the piece. It needs to be in a resaleable state - tag uncut, unwashed, unaltered. Return postage is yours unless the piece was faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it both ways. Measurements are taken flat on the actual garment, in centimetres, so please compare before ordering.
6. Delivery
Orders are sent tracked. Nothing is collected at your door on a UK order. If a parcel is delayed in the post we will chase it and put it right within reason.
7. Our responsibility
We are responsible for the condition of a piece and for describing it accurately. We are not responsible for losses beyond what could reasonably be foreseen from a delayed or lost parcel handled by a third party. None of this affects your statutory rights.
8. Getting hold of us
Reply to your dispatch email - that is the fastest route to a person. If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
