What you pay.
When it lands.
One page: postage, timing, and returns. Nothing is collected at your door on a UK order, and any figure we have not settled says so rather than being guessed at.
配送與運費 — what you pay, when it arrives
Your parcel 04 steps
The order page states the window and the ship day before you reach the payment step.
The receipt, the swing tag and the postmark come to you before the parcel goes anywhere.
Anything bought in the same window travels as one parcel, with one tracking code sent that day.
A returns card is in the box, in both languages, with the address already on it.

Arrival is written as an estimate on the order page because that is honestly what it is. When a figure is firm enough to promise, it appears on the item rather than only here.
Four questions Postage and returns
It is shown before you pay and it is never added afterwards. Several pieces from one window travel together, which costs less than posting them separately.
No. On a UK order the price you saw is the price you paid, and the courier asks you for nothing at the door.
Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, and fourteen more to send it back. Return postage is yours unless the piece was faulty or not as described.
We cover postage both ways and you choose a refund or a replacement. Reply to the dispatch email with a photograph; you are not asked to prove anything.
