001 Arriving
One window,
one week.
The window opens on Monday and the parcel goes on Friday. The list sees each week’s entries a day early. Arrival is written as an estimate, because that is what it is.

The week What happens
W30The week's list goes public and you can order. Once you have, your order sits in this window, and this window ships on Friday.
Your pieces are bought in the UK and photographed the same day with the receipt and the swing tag, and you see those photographs before anything is packed. Anything we cannot find is refunded the same day.
The box goes out and the postmark photograph and your tracking number follow the same day.
Once the parcel is moving you get an estimated arrival, updated if it moves. It stays an estimate - a range that holds is worth more to you than a date that does not.
Your side of it 04 steps
The week’s entries reach you a day before the window opens.
Every entry states its window, its ship day and its arrival estimate before you pay.
The receipt, the swing tag and the postmark come to you before the parcel goes anywhere.
One parcel, one tracking code. A returns card comes in the box, in both languages.
