What we collect
Three things. An email address, if you give us one, to send the weekly letter. Order details - name, delivery address, a contact number - to get a parcel to you. And anonymous page statistics, so we know which pages anyone reads.
What it is used for
The email address is used for the weekly letter and for your own order notices. We do not sell, rent, swap or share lists, and your address is not used for anything else.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who have to: the payment processor, the postal and courier services, and the marketplace where a Taiwan-side transaction completes. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as the law requires. An email address stays until you leave, and every letter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom of it - one click, no explanation required.
Having it deleted
Reply to any letter and ask. We will delete what we hold and tell you plainly which records the law requires us to keep, and for how long.
Cookies
The basket is stored in your own browser rather than on our server, which is why it survives a refresh and why we cannot see it. Page statistics are anonymous and are not tied to a person.
